Northnotts Sheet Metal Ltd was founded in 2002, is conveniently situated within 2 miles of Junction 28 of the M1 motorway. In premises of 8000 sq ft.

We manufacture quality sheet metal work products designed to customer specifications at a competitive price.

Our diverse manufacturing base, ranges from electronic and computer components, requiring pinpoint accuracy, to electrical cabinets, lighting components, bus shelters, shop fittings, security metalwork, including doors, windows and grilles which specify a top quality finish.  We also manufacture seed hoppers for use in the food industry.

Our sales team have a vast amount of experience in sheet metal work and manufacturing techniques.  Our aim is to stay focused on our customers with a level of service that not only meets, but exceeds their expectations.

CNC Hydraulic Synchronised Down Stroking Press Brake (2600mm x 100 tonnes)

One of our most recent investments this press brake is designed and constructed for bending flat metal materials up to 2600mm in length through use of hydraulic pressure power of a maximum of 100 tonnes adjustable. At maximum tonnage, the material thickness that can be formed is 6mm.

Fabrication

To compliment our full range of CNC machinery, we have Carter hydraulic swing beam 3200 x 6mm guillotine, complete with a pneumatic sheet support system. Adira 2.5m Press Brake, Baykal 3.1m hydraulic down stroke press brake and also have full fabrication facilities.
